L'acquisition renforce le cap de croissance de l'activité de nettoyage professionnel

Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, un leader international des solutions de nettoyage et des systèmes innovants pour les utilisateurs professionnels, et la société à l'origine de la marque Vileda Professional, a acquis Vermop le 10 juillet 2023. Le contrat d'acquisition a été signé le 17 mai. 2023. Les autorités de la concurrence ont approuvé la transaction. Vermop, fort de ses près de 330 collaborateurs, propose des systèmes de nettoyage modulaires et des produits pour les professionnels du nettoyage bien implantés sur le marché. L'entreprise qui a son siège à Gilching près de Munich et des sites de production à Wertheim, Bade-Wurtemberg, a une forte culture de proximité avec le client et est très innovante. Vermop a réalisé un chiffre d'affaires d'environ 46 millions d'euros en 2022.
Un acteur national fort
Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions, dont le siège est à Weinheim, en Allemagne, est l'une des onze divisions du groupe Freudenberg actif à l'échelle mondiale.
